Udyog Aadhar/ Udyam/ MSME Registration

Any person who intends to establish a micro, small or medium Enterprise may file Udyam Registration online in the Udyam Registration portal, based on self-declaration. It will have no requirement to upload documents, papers, certificates, or proof.
Once you complete the registration process on the Udyam Registration portal, your enterprise, also known as Udyam, will receive a unique and permanent identification number called the Udyam Registration Number. This number will serve as a distinct identifier for your enterprise throughout its existence.
Upon completion of the registration process, you will be awarded a valuable e-certificate known as the Udyam Registration Certificate. This certificate serves as a comprehensive confirmation, finalizing your registration and bestowing official recognition upon your enterprise. Documents required & Minimum requirements
Business Activity Related To Manufacturing Sector
- Aadhaar Card copy of the proprietor (for Proprietorship), Director (for Pvt. Ltd), or Partner (for a partnership firm).
- PAN card of the Enterprise.
- Bank statement or Cancelled cheque of the Business bank account.
- GST certificate (If available, but it is mandatory to update the GST number in MSME from 1st April 2021).
Business Activity related to Service Sector
- Aadhaar Card of proprietor (Proprietorship), Director (Private Limited), or Partner (Partnership Firm).
- PAN card of the Enterprise.
- Bank statement or Cancelled cheque of the Business bank account.
- GST certificate (If available; from 1st April 2021, updating GST number in MSME is mandatory for Udyam Registration).
